The staff at our affirming clinic trusts you to make the right decisions for you. Our care is patient-centered and trauma-informed. This means we do not require mental health referrals for gender-affirming hormone therapy, or any other care.

*We offer medication abortion up to 11 weeks of pregnancy and procedural abortion up to 16 weeks of pregnancy.

$10 a month ($120 a year) covers STI testing for 1 patient.
$25 a month ($300 a year) covers IUD insertion—and provides 5–7 years of birth control—for 1 patient.
$50 a month ($600 a year) covers initial gender-affirming hormone therapy appointments for 2 trans or nonbinary patients.
$100 a month ($1,200 a year) offsets the cost of abortion care for 2 patients.
